Exchange Information
We only accept exchanges if the product received is damaged/defective from our end or if we have sent a different size from the size originally ordered. Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear and valid proof. Exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size selection, fit, colour preference, or any other reason unrelated to an error from our end.
