Return & Exchange Policy

At JUI, we truly hope you love every piece you receive.

We currently offer exchanges for eligible products within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition with tags intact.

We do not offer returns or refunds unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

Sale items and customised pieces, if any, are not eligible for return or exchange.

To request an exchange or report an issue with your order, please contact us through Instagram or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your package.
