At JUI, every piece is carefully checked and packed before it leaves our studio. We request you to review your order and size carefully before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, fit or preference, colour preference, or any other reason unrelated to an error from our end.
A return or exchange will be accepted only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged or defective due to an issue from our end.
- We have sent a different size from the size you originally ordered.
In either case, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached and in its original condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery through Instagram or WhatsApp.
A clear and valid proof of the issue is mandatory. Please provide clear photographs and/or an unboxing video showing the product and the issue. Requests made after 24 hours of delivery, or without sufficient proof, will not be accepted or considered for a return or exchange.
Any exchange will only be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team and the issue has been verified.
Before Placing Your Order
If you have any doubts about sizing, measurements, fit, fabric, colour, or any other product details, please feel free to reach out to us before placing your order. We will be happy to help you make the right choice.
Sale & Customised Pieces
Sale items and customised pieces, if any, are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of an incorrect product or damage/defect caused from our end.
We carefully price our pieces to keep them as fair and accessible as possible. We therefore request you to make sure you have selected the correct size and product before placing your order, as we are unable to accommodate exchanges or returns for personal preference or sizing reasons.
