Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after confirmation. During launches, restocks or sale periods, dispatch timelines may take slightly longer than usual.

Shipping Time
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier availability. Most domestic orders are typically delivered within 4–8 business days after dispatch.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, email or SMS.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout. We may also offer free shipping on selected orders or promotional periods.

Delivery Delays
While we try our best to ensure timely deliveries, occasional delays due to weather conditions, courier issues, public holidays or unforeseen circumstances may occur. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. JUI will not be responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect address or contact information provided by the customer.

In case of failed delivery attempts or unavailability from the customer’s side, re-shipping charges may apply.
